This week Jeff and I were in Omaha, Nebraska for District Leadership Conference. It was at Christ Community Church, the largest church in our district – one of the largest in our denomination. While we were there, I was able to connect with the person who is the coordinator for the early childhood department. They have a huge nursery/preschool department that serves about 450 children every week. She gave me a tour of their facility and gave me some great ideas for improving our nursery. I’m overwhelmed when I think of all that needs done just to update our two small rooms. I need to remember to pick the most important thing that needs changed and implement that first. Then focus on the next thing. I’m looking forward to getting started!!
